Hello my name is Jaclyn N. Arlo.

I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. I graduated from Pepperdine University with an M.A. in Clinical Psychology. I truly enjoy working with adults and I am dedicated to providing therapy and support that empowers my clients and helps assist them in achieving your personal goals.

I highly value the therapeutic relationship. I strive to make the therapy experience genuine, positive, non-judgmental, and safe. I approach therapy in a very integrative, client-centered manner to ensure the highest quality care is provided. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused, mindfulness, and more.

My communication style

I work from a client-centered approach, always. Feedback that I have received from clients is that I create a non-judgmental, safe place where they feel heard and validated. I always try my best to create and continue that type of tone and expectation with all my clients in all my sessions.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting as the client takes the lead. I think understanding one’s own goals, intentions, behaviors is an important step in goal setting. I assist clients with identifying healthy, attainable goals and provide them support along the way in reaching his or her own goals.
